काकः कृष्णः पिकः कृष्णः को भेद: पिककाकयोः
वसंत समाये प्राप्ते काकः काकः पिकः पिकः
Crow is black. Cuckoo is black. SO what is the difference between the two? When spring arrives crow will be crow and cuckoo will be cuckoo.
That is when it is vasanta - spring, cuckoo will start singing melodiously and crow will well- caw, caw.
Found this shloka quite amusing and meaningful.
