b) As we all know, the Indian TV channels do not show us any news, unless it benefits the rulers and harms us. So we don't get to see any news but most often falsehood. But more about that later.

bell hooks : 

Gloria Jean Watkins known by her pen name as bell hooks was a feminist writer, professor and poet. She died of liver complications on December 15th at the age of 69. She wrote on gender, race and sexuality and published more than 30 books.

Denise Ho

Denise Ho a pop singer and a pro-democracy activist in Hongkong was arrested for "conspiracy to print seditious material". She was a former board member of media group Stand news. 

Denise in 2014 participated in Umbrella movement and spoke in UN and US Congress. 

The collapse of Stand News was the latest blow to civil society in Hong Kong after Beijing imposed a national security law on the city in June 2020. Since then, some of the city’s largest labor unions have disbanded, international non-governmental organizations such as Amnesty International have left town and its largest pro-democracy newspaper, Apple Daily, closed under police pressure. More than 160 people have now been arrested by the local national security department.

Prime time News :

One you tube news channels was telling how tv channels in other countries are discussing about Corona vaccine, infrastructure medical, economy in their prime time, our channels are busy talking about hindu muslim mandir masjid and all types of bs. If the definition of sedition is trying to spread hatred in the country, there by causing instability in the country, then is it not sedition? And to think that half the people watch these channels religiously and believe all kinds of half truths and outright lies these people tell. Ache din nahi ane wale hain?
