Used to be a blogger

I used to be a blogger.

I used to write some silly blogs about politics, religion, technology and my take on them. I used to try to be funny - not much successfully.

But now, I don't write. Though my laziness is the major reason - I can find other viral topics to blame. Brain rot, lack of freedom and old age.

But to be honest - I am not finding topics to write about. I can't write about God and religion. Because my view about them is slightly funny(to me), slightly censuring(to you). I can't write that way now.

I can't write about roads and traffic. Because I rarely ride my scooter nowadays. I used go out for shopping - now I do have very many useless stuff at home. I used to go to a library - now I don't read except for a few - very few messages I receive in whatsapp.

So I just walk to a neighborhood shop now. And when one's major mode of transportation is walking, one isn't much troubled by deep pot holes, uneven roads or long traffic signals. One just walks around them.

I can't write about technology. I used to write about programming languages. Programming languages were used once upon a time to write apps, because I taught them for a very brief period.

That was 20 years ago and I really don't what's happening in the field. Do people ever use C++? They may just say - chatgpt write me an app to wake me up at 7am. They may not even know what a language is.

Then I started writing about religious texts. Talk about 'join them if you can't beat them'. But that writing did not and does not give me satisfaction - as my voice is absent in these writing.

So I occasionally write such sob stories. And my mind is not being emptied of so much gunk.
